The Rate A Home Advantage!

Agents and Builders

Now you can provide your clients with a new and innovative “home rating” system. The place they call home will be one of the largest investments of their life. None of us would go into an investment without doing our own due diligence. Don’t allow your clients to make this investment, without providing them with the right tools to make the right choice. At Rate A Home, we can help you expand the customer service your clients deserve. Rate A Home includes separate programs for existing homes, newly built homes, modular homes, condominiums and rental dwellings.

Rate a Home could help in distinguishing the “procuring cause” in commission disputes by the program automatically placing the agents name (and company logo, if you choose) at the top of each report that you prepare for the client. The rating reports that your client fills out, (and you input into the program) would become valuable records for such a dispute.

Rate A Home Includes:

Property Rating System (Buyers and Renters): This consists of a program that allows up to two persons to rate a property together. The subscriber would then input the buyer/s ratings into the online program which then produces reports for “each” rater, along with a combined average report. An additional report will show the top rated properties from high to low. This way your client/s can determine which properties are best suited for them on an individual level. But more importantly which property meets both their needs (if there are two persons buying together). These reports that you provide, will help them choose!

Property Rating System (Sellers-Free Use Program): This program allows your selling clients to provide you with a “self rating” on the home they are selling. The program will produce two results. One will be a synopsis of what their property consists of in amenities. They also do a “self rating” of their own property, allowing them to see their home through buyer’s eyes. This way while rating their home, they can determine if the painting needs to be touched up, or carpets cleaned (or replaced), etc. All of which will make their home more marketable.

Property Tour Checklist: (Buyers and Renters) Forms that you can provide your client during the walk-through process of their residence search. The checklist covers a variety of information including home style, conditions, interior and exterior colors, just to name a few. The report allows the buyer to recall what each property consisted of, even after they have toured numerous properties. The checklist can help deter repeat visits to the same property in order to recall certain aspects that perhaps slipped their minds, or were over looked during the original tour.

Wish Lists: (Buyers and Renters-Free Use Program): How many first time meetings with your client consist of an hour minimum trying to determine what their needs are? Our online wish list can be completed by your client and forwarded to you before the initial meeting. This will allow you to bring organization and information to the meeting. Builders can have plans ready to review with the client’s that meet their needs. Agents could have listings of homes or apartments available that meet the client’s wishes. You will no longer need to leave the clients sitting in the conference room, while you’re searching for plans, or listings. Doing the research ahead of time, is a tremendous time saver for all parties involved.

What to Do Guidelines: (Free Use): This is a buyer’s guide which helps them navigate through the buying or building process, and covers the following topics.

·          Before getting started.

·          Deciding on the type of home or floor plan.

·          Getting pre-qualified for a mortgage.

·          Choosing a Professional Agent or Builder.

·          Starting the residence, or new home search.

·          You have located your home “Let’s buy it” or “Let’s build it”.

Open House Checklist (Sellers and Agents-Free Use): A helpful guideline for the seller and agent to determine what will be required before, during, and after the open house.

Moving Checklist (Free Use): This is a helpful list of items that your clients can take care of prior to moving into their new residence.
